This service is ideal for company officers who don’t want to spend their time completing complicated forms! When you appoint Companies Made Simple to manage your company filing you can rest assured that the company is in good hands. It’s a criminal offense not to file your Annual Returns and Declaration of Annual General Meeting and can result in directors prosecutions and your company risks being deregistered. Additionally, late filing will result in ZWL1000.00 per year fines.

We will send you notifications that these important documents are due and will file your Annual Return and Declaration of Annual General Meeting, including the Companies Registry fee, as part of this service.

Our fee covers the cost of filing up to 5 Companies House documents from the list below:

Important Notes

Companies Made Simple provide an annual filing service to clients at its discretion. To legally provide this service in accordance with Zimbabwe’s Laws.

The Director is responsible for providing correct information and indemnifies Companies Made Simple (Private) Limited against all liability for false or inaccurate declarations based on information provided to, or withheld from us.

Submission of accounts for trading companies is not included in this service. Our accountancy services can file this for an additional fee. Please ask for details.

Failure to submit an Annual Return or Declaration of Annual General Meeting to the Companies Registry is a criminal offence which can result in directors being prosecuted. Additionally, late filings will result in ZWL1000.00 fines. The Companies Registry may also strike-off/de-register the company off if documents are filed late.

Users of our Annual Company Filing service must keep us informed of any changes to their forwarding address and telephone or email contact points. If we are unable to make contact with you Companies Made Simple will not be responsible for late or non filing of documents.

Users of our Annual Company Filing service must keep us informed of any changes made directly at the Companies Registry, including changes of filing dates. If we are not informed Companies Made Simple will not be responsible for late or incorrect filings..

A renewal invoice is issued each year several weeks prior to the renewal date. If payment is not received this service ceases and Companies Made Simple will resign from this role and notify the Companies Registry.

The client is free to cease this service at any time
