Company officers (Directors or Secretary) of a Zimbabwean registered company must file a Declaration of Annual General Meeting within 21 days of them holding an annual general meeting.

Failure to declare will result in your company being penalised, struck off the companies register and/or action against the directors of the company.

Important notes

It is a criminal offence not to file your declaration within 30. Your company and its officers may be prosecuted and the company struck off the register. Late filing also carries a penalty.
