What is an office address?

An registered office adddress is the statutory address of a Private Limited Company. It is both the physical and postal address of the company and must be provided when registering a company in Zimbabwe.

Government agencies (such as the Deeds, Companies, and Intellectual Property the official Registrar of Companies Registry and Zimbabwe Reveunue Authority), will then post all of your official company mail to this address. It will be stated on the CR 6 form and will be available for anyone who requests it at the Companies Registry.

A physical address must be a full physical address (not a PO Box Number) that is situated in Zimbabwe.

Why do I need an office address?

It is a mandatory requirement when registering a company in Zimbabwe.
It must be displayed on your company’s official documents and website.
It will protect your home address from being visible on the Companies Registry record.
