Step 1 – Choose company structure

You should know the company registration structure you want to register. You can choose between a Private Limited Company (PLC) or Private Business Corporation (PBC) however, most company registrations in Zimbabwe are Private Limited Companies.

Step 2 – Choose company registration package

We have four Private Limited Company registration Packages, four Private Business Corporation Packages and four Non-Resident Packages.

Step 3 – Fill in company registration application form

You fill in our company registration form at our offices or online to provide your company details. 

Step 4 – Leave the rest

We will incorporate your company with the Companies Registry. Usually within 5 to 7 working days (this is dependent on Companies Registry workload, and therefore it may take longer). After registration you will receive youe company documents at our offices or we can courior them to an address of your choice.
