Company Registration

Companies Made easy is a licensed company registration agent registered with the Deeds, Companies and Intellectual Property (DCIP), registering different types of companies including Private Limited Companies, Private Business Corporations, Limited by Guarantee, Foreign Companies, Associations, etc for clients in Zimbabwe and overseas.

Our simple company registration procedure allows your company to be registered within 5-7 working days and we will do everything for you including name search and preparation and lodging of the company documents.

Tax Services

We also offer tax registration for new companies and tax clearance renewal for existing clients.

Additionally, we can provide your newly registered company with a Bank Advice Note. A bank advice note is also known as a temporary tax clearance and is often required when opening your company’s bank account.
